Accountability Support
How often have you committed to something - and have actually done really well in the beginning - only to find the "world" creeping back in until you are right back in the same old cycle you were trying so hard to alter?
Personal growth is an ongoing process that requires conscientious and continuous focus. Jeff's desire is to create a culture of growth and development. Development is more than a single event. It requires a consistent and dedicated effort to sustain new insights and live the life you truly desire. On-going support is over the long haul is crucial to make your personal development a habit.
The purpose of Accountability Support is to sustain and deepen the changes you have identified and committed to through continued learning, interaction and support of Jeff and others.
During each meeting, you will share successes, be coached through difficulties, and clarify your vision and commitments for the upcoming weeks.
Accountability meetings are designed to be high energy, interactive and experiential so you can internalize the principles and skills and apply them in day-to-day living.

The Pennsylvania Professional Employment Network (P.A.P.E.N.) is a non-profit organization that helps unemployed and under-employed people find job opportunities through the power of personal networking. Jeff is the Director of the South Chapter and on the Board of Directors.

Westminster Connectors
A collaborative effort of caring networkers whose purpose is to help those in need by providing employment related advice, guidance, assistance or referrals to personal contacts in order to find employment opportunities. Westminster Connectors is a community outreach group operating as a part of the Congregational Care Unit within Westminster Presbyterian Church located in Upper St. Clair.
